Processing Times

Processing times will vary depending upon availability of the product and the type of product ordered. Typically, specialty prescription lenses can take 4 to 10 business days.


Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping is free for all orders above $99 throughout USA and Canada -- expedited shipping option is not available at the moment. Most of the packages take around 3-5 business days to be delivered after being shipped out and can be tracked on the USPS or Canada Post website. A small shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for all orders less than $99.


Delivery Times and Addresses

Please know that shipments need to be received during regular business hours and that these federal services will only deliver to addresses that allow for safe delivery. This means that if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, or an address the courier deems is undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply. Also, it may take up to 30 days for us to re-ship the package once that has been returned to the sender.


Freight Forwarding

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or services. All packages shipped outside of Canada and the USA may incur extra duty charges to the customer. We can not be held responsible for any delays, sales taxes, customs, duties or other taxes charged by the customs department. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by unforeseen custom delays.
