Returns within 5 business days of you receiving the order

Returns accepted with 10% restocking fee

  • For returns, log in to your GlassesPros account and click on "My Returns" on the left sidebar.
  • Follow the steps below to request an RMA within 5 business days of receiving the order. Once approved, you can return the items as you received them.
  • Return shipping is customer's responsiblity unless there's an error on our side or a manufacturing defect, in which case, a return label may be provided.
  • Any import charges, custom fees, or taxes incurred on the return as a result of not using Canada Post (for orders in Canada) or USPS (for orders in the US) will be customer's responsibility and therefore will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the payment has been disputed and later released in our favour, any dispute fee charged to us will be deducted from the refund amount. Or, a 90% store credit may also be issued instead of the refund if that's preferred.
  • $25 handling fee will be charged in addition to the restocking fee for returns without an approved RMA or if the return instructions are not followed properly.

Note: All returned products must be damage-free, and in their original packaging. Additional free items received with the order (if any) must also be returned. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used while placing the order. If for some reason the payment method is not available, store credit will be issued.

Returning Prescription Lenses?

Prescription lenses are custom-cut and can not be returned for a refund. In certain cases, if a mistake has occured in the production of your prescription lenses, or if there is a mismatch in the prescription, we will redo your lenses for no charge to you. In that case, we ask you to provide a document from a local optometrist showing an error in prescription. In some cases, a refund may also be provided depending on the issue.
