Cancellation Policy


  1. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email to our customer support email address [email protected]. Once the order fulfillment process begins, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. If your order has not been shipped and the order fulfillment process has not yet begun, we will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund within 3-5 business days for non-prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses. Please note that prescription eyeglasses cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are custom-made to your prescription and frame. Should you want to cancel your prescription eyewear order, the lenses are non-refundable.
  3. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it is delivered to you, and then follow our return policy to initiate a return. Please note that prescription lenses cannot be refunded as they are custom-made to your prescription and frame.
  4. If we have to restock a product due to a cancellation request, you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
